For weddings we typically use the drone for Opening footage, processional, recessional, and for the formals (taking pictures after ceremony). We usually do not use it during the ceremony unless you would like us to. The noise can be distractive, however we can use it for processional and recessional. For the processional if you have a DJ providing ceremony music than usually people will not hear the drone, however if you have a soft instrument like a harp, the sound of the drone can be over powering. We bring up the drone as soon as you kiss, because at that point people are clapping and the noise from the drone is not noticeable. We reccomend to also use our ground video service as well, because a drone will not capture emotion and audio which ground cameras will provide.
