This house would probably be ideal for a single or a older couple in retirement.  Doing a narrated video is always alittle more challenging but I think adds makes a real estate video even more effective.  Molly here does a great job.  On a real estate video without narration is alittle easy because you basically do a walkthrough of the house, but with a narration you want to show video about what is being said.  It is always nice when using a drone for aerials to have a body of water nearby.
