The Charlotte Harbor Region is located on the west coast of Florida about a 90 minute drive south of Tampa and 30 minutes north of Fort Myers.  This area is a boaters paradise, whether its motorized boats or Kayaks and Canoes, so many opportunites for water recreation.  An area that was once rocked by Hurricane Charley, now experiencing a real estate boom, also spring home for the Tampa Bay Rays.

In this video we start out with Port Charlotte & Punta Gorda and show how the area has rebuilt since Hurricane Charley in 2004. We also travel through North Port. On the coast we show 4 beaches on Manasota Key, starting with Manasota Key Beach, then Blind Pass Beach, then Chadwick Park at Englewood Beach, and Stumps Pass State Park. We travel through the Lemon Bay area show Don Pedro Island as we head down to Boca Grande and Gasparilla Island. We then make our way back to Port Charlotte, showing, Charlotte Sports Park, Port Charlotte Beach Park, and Bayshore Live Oak Park.
