Charlotte, NC – The Queen City

Charlotte is one of the fastest growing cities in the Southeast.  Being from Tampa, it has many similiarities.  The 2 cities are hot with real estate and have been fastly growing in the past decade, and that growth is not looking like it will be slowing down anytime soon.  What Charlotte has over Tampa is a light rail system.  Charlotte is further away from the beaches, which can be good during hurricane season, but provides a lot further drive to enjoy the beaches.  It does have lakes where there is plenty of water recreation, and it is also closer to the mountains.

  For the video on youtube, something seemed to happen with the audio.  I have now idea, as we recorded this the same as all of our videos.  On most smart devices it plays just fine, but on  about 5-10% of devices, either there is no audio or it sounds very hollow.  As a result will probably redo this video at some point.
